Help Needed

Lex is 3 months old, his set of teeth are fully grown. Before this I used to soak his kibbles in warm water but lately I didn't. He will just sit and look at me wihtout touching his food. Will only eat after soaking it.... Any good piece of advice? Thanks.....

Time Trial

Today I have increased Lex's stay time he managed 2 minutes+. I have to remind him with stay command as you can hear from the vid's background, my neighbour is karaoke-ing~~~ Overall this is a screwed session, going to make him stay the next time without reminders. Cheers!

It has been a month training Lex with this clicker. Can get it in http://www.petsplace.com.my/ under CAT training tools (RM25 without ribbon). When Lex acted correctly on my commands, I will just click on it and reward him with treats. Clicker makes training easier as puppies can't really understand human langguage. Clicker helps to translate that command into actions. Will post more on my clicker training methods. Catch up with me soon. :)

Whitening Spray

Just bought this whitening spray for RM37.90, non-bleach. Got to keep Lex's leggings and beard white before he stains badly. Was thinking to get a whitening shampoo, however have to use it with care, during shower be sure not to accidentally whitten any unwanted parts. On the other hand, spray is more convenient because spray on targeted area and need not need to rinse with water. Going to keep my blog readers about this product. Cheers and have a nice day ahead.

Advance Stay, Down and Fun Time!

It's very dissapointing that Lex gets confused with the Sit and Down command from time! I guess practice makes perfect. Lex is so big now >.<

This is the 1st time Lex ran into my bedroom and fetched a toy to the trainning ground. Reminded that I have not been playing with him and just harsh training >.<

2nd Vaccination

Brought Lex for his second vaccination and deworming today in Taman Segar Vet. Lex was inspected by Dr. Tham. Good Vet and professional! He said Lex is healthy. Was shocked to see Lex didn't resist and cried during his vaccination. He was given a 9 in 1 jab for RM40!! So cheap!!

I have asked Dr. Tham if I should pluck fur from Lex's ears. He said nope not really as Lex's ears doesn't wax alot. If full plucked he said is not good as it will cause ear irritation! The above is a ear solution I bought from him. Got a tutorial from Dr. Tham too.

Lex's Kibbles & Treats

Cheese!!!!

Personally would recomend this brand as its grain free! You can see the differences in the poo smell! Not like exxxnubx! Well Lex's loves it, wont leave a single kibble!

After slapping Lex just a few sec this is him in the play pen! Does he even feel remorse? Haiz! but cute lar

Haiz!

Haiz just now Lex ran with full speed and bit my hand so I slapped him and injured myself, see the lump on my finger? Sianz, can't bend my finger, numb edi!!!

Clicker Training

This is Lex's pairing with a clicker. Today he had another sausage! We have been training for half an hour and recorded this when he understood 75% of what I wanted. In this session he knows treats can only be taken when I clicked.

Lex's 1st sausage

The above picture was taken last night. It's a 7 inch American Sausage with Chives. I took 6 inches of it and Lex had the final 1 inch! Well been trying to feed him Taiwanese sausage and boiled eggs but he shows no interest over them and finally last night he ate them all!

Hand! Version 2

This evening was teaching Lex "hand", yet I dont like him biting my hand after.....

Is it a good sign or indication of sickness?

I have this water feeder with a 1.5L bottle attached. Lex seems to drinks nearly half of it everyday. Is it of the heat or something else? How about your doggy?

This video was taken this evening. He is more focus than usual and responded to the person who threw it. He managed to learn "down" command, still need to test a few times for consistency. Will update on it. Enjoy the video.
